About Us

Texana Training Solutions, LLC is inspired by the legacy of Texana Stokes, a wife, mother and servant leader in her community during the early 1900s. Her example of caring, especially for children, indelibly etched the genetic trait of a caring heart and service for others, that has permeated more than 10 generations. Throughout her life, Texana set in motion the practice of helping and caring for others, unable to care for themselves. Her legacy motivated her children to become adoptive parents and forged the way for generations of grandchildren and great grandchildren to follow her example and have a positive impact that is even more far-reaching and purposeful than she could have ever imagined. Meya Stokes, great granddaughter of Texana Stokes, built her company to carry on her great grandmother's legacy of love for people, heart for caring, and sense of responsibility to help each person become their best version of themselves. After the dissolution of A New Lite Home Healthcare Agency due to Hurrican Harvy, Meya Stokes founded Texana Training Solutions on January 7, 2021 located at 228 NE Wilshire Blvd, Suite F, Burleson, Texas 76028. Leveraging her 15 plus years of experience in the medical field and her formal training, Ms. Stokes began teaching Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) courses including: BLS (basic life support), ACLS (advanced cardiovascular life support), Bloodborne Pathogen Heartsaver, First Aid, and the use of Automated External Defibrillator (AED). In 2022, Ms. Stokes capitalized on her 12 years as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA),  knowledge as a business owner, and her passion to care for the vulnerable to receive accreditation that expanded her training offerings for CNAs. Her company provides comprehensive training and retail services that equips her students to become work-ready. In the future, she anticipates expanding training solutions for the Medication Aide Program, Pharmacy Technician Program, Phlebotomy, Medical Assistant, and EKG programs.
